But the physical rods and cones in your eye (some people have 4 instead of the average 3) help detect light and interpret it. If you're Red Green Colour blind, one of your cones is missing. It's obvious that we can tell some people are Red Green Colour blind, because of tests that show they seem exactly the same.
Finally, since light comes in waves, just like sound waves, and we can tell that old people can't hear certain frequencies, it's safe enough to assume that NOBODY perceives the same threshold. Some people start at 12Hz in sound, others dont start until 30Hz. Which means, some people can hear things that others 100% cannot. And see things that others 100% cannot.
