They don't clamp early or halogenate in Asia, nor do they circumcise overall. So kids are born there and allowed to retain their fuller intellectual capabilities, then they're drained off the US and tested against natives with deliberately diminished brain function. These people are of course unable to compete overall, so the foreigners end up running things. They have no roots, don't complain, and are easy to control. When their kids are born, they get clamped, vaccinated, potentially circumcised, and halogenated as well. They cannot compete with foreigners. The cycle continues. Other measures like scholarships and so on further facilitate this process, as well.
