Not 100%, but reasonably so. The first few weeks after covid I couldn't get it up at all, and the next month it would only rise briefly then retreat to a semi-state. It seemed to be getting better, but I suspect it also developed a psychological component because having your dick go limp in a beautiful woman does things to a man.
