Adderall is a nootropic. Hopefully, you have ADHD. Otherwise, you're going to fuck up your prefrontal cortex in the long term. If you do have ADHD, you could supplement with a non-stimulant cognitive enhancer like guanfacine. Most of these medications are only safe if you actually need them and have a prescription. You can enhance your cognition naturally with diet and exercise, but you should be aware by now that no one can really increase their fluid intelligence (IQ) in any meaningful way.

Alright, fair enough. Noots are a meme. But can I hope to replace adderall? For my adhd, it's been truly life changing and I feel like it unlocked my potential. I just don't like not being able to sleep at night. Also, I take the weekends off to let it leave my system weekly and I'm basically a useless subhuman slug on the weekends.

Speaking with my based psych today, I think he will write me a script. I have based rich parents with rich ppl insurance so I don't pay for any of my meds (USA).
