I'm making this thread because I keep seeing dinosaur denial on the internet. I know that I'm supposed to "respect other people's religious beliefs" or whatever, but I can only handle so much "respect", given that creationists and dinosaur deniers have zero respect for people who believe in evolution. It's like having to respect Boko Haram or Hamas. Today I am going to respond to common dinosaur denier claims.

Yes, and doctors used to believe in the four humors. Astronomers used to believe in Aether. Chemists used to believe in phlogiston. We change our views when new information becomes available.

Wrong. Many male animals (such as dolphins, barnacles and a few others) have a prehensile penis. If male giant dinosaurs had a prehensile penis, this would have made mating easy. Also, the people who say this seem to be unaware of dinosaur diversity. You know that not all dinosaurs were giant right? The smallest dinosaurs were smaller than people. This has been known since the 19th century.

This, again, shows your ignorance of dinosaur diversity. Many dinosaurs were smaller than people and had feathers.

Really? 59 different feathered dinosaurs have been discovered so far. Also, many prehistoric birds had dinosaur-like characteristics such as teeth. It would require an Alex Jones level conspiracy to fake every single one of these.

Scientists only do this when the bone looks very similar to another bone from a complete skeleton. For example, Thanatotheristes is only known from fragmentary remains, but the bones we have look a lot like T. Rex bones and so Thanatotheristes is placed within the Tyrannosauridae family, which also contains T. Rex.
