We don't, that's not how IQ measures work.

100 is the average, there will always be most there. If everyone in the world jumped 20IQ points, the graph would look the same, because the new 120 average would become 100.

There are still real-world competency thresholds that you would see shift to the left by 20 if everyone gained 20iq points.

believe if or not, the "value" of human life is multifaceted and isn't very cleanly represented by one's ability to solve a series of word puzzles at one point on a given day. If we got rid of everything on the left side of the curve, society wouldn't even be close to functioning.
