Ai healthcare. Simply strap on a fitbit like device and take one physical exam and get some blood work done.
All the data is fed into the ai healthcare algorithm along with a copy of your genome. It spits out a list of every disease you have and every possible disease you might get with a % of getting it and an estimated date for the health span of every single one of your body parts.
Then if you need treatment, you simply walk to the clinic, sit in a chair, and then let the medical robot operate on you and you walk out.
All doctors slowly eventually hey replaced and hospitals are turned into massive complexes of various robots that do the medicine while technicians simply make sure nothing breaks.
Got a cavity? Walk in with no appointment to the robot dentist, lie down, let it fill the cavity, and then pay and walk out.
This isn't even very far fetched. It'll likely come far before 2080, because the people who have the most money are old people, and they spend their money on keeping themselves alive.
