I known a german guy who runs an "inclusive hormone clinic" along with a mental health practice and basically has a stable of troons he fleeces. Hes 1000% redpilled and unironically believes hes saving western society by jamming them full of unstable hormones and referring them to a surgeon.
Seems like a huge liability issue to me but im not a dr. I guess hes like a lobotomist from when that was an accepted practice, he'd fit right in with those guys.
