The "full" Riemann function uses other functions to analytically extend it's domain to all the real numbers. It's 4 functions in a product, see pic.
Because of those other functions, some of the Zeroes come from them in the full version and are considered trivial.
It turns out all the zeroes are easily to show where they come from logically, except those in the strip. Those are considered the Non-trivial ones.
