but this is not the meaning of contradiction apparently
its all very confusing to be honest since thats what the dictionary tells me contradiction means, but its more nuanced than that and has more to do with things being entirely non logically connected
so in OPs example, 1 = 0 is not a contradiction because one can not also be zero due to the nature of 1 and 0, but rather because the statement of '1 = 0' can not be brought into making any logical sense, it is an incoherent series of scribbles since the idea it conveys is meaningless.
