realistically, how difficult would it be for a post grad STEMlord to fashion a new corona virus in his moms basement with under 10k from his mcdicks job and short the service industry stocks?

I'm guessing about 70% of them could do it in a few weeks, textbooks, internet and some gear from amazon.
