Does this mean i can add a ton of salt to any minimalistic alcoholic drink like wodka and separate roughly 80% concentrated alcohol instead of 42%? by merely drinking the top half?

It would probably be stronger than that. Where are the chem fags. Would that alcohol even have the rich flavors of the drink? Would this be a viable way to make non-alcoholic spirits?

Yes provided the salt is concentrated enough. I tried it once for ethanol with NaCl and it saturated without separating.
