>>12853194until some of these technologies in development become available for public use, basically all you can do right now is be healthy
-dont drink
-dont smoke (not even vape)
-no drugs, and avoid excessive use of over the counter stuff like nsaids if you can help it
-eat a healthy balanced diet, plenty of fruits and vegetables, chicken and fish, cut back on red meat and pork. try to limit starches and carbs.
-try to maintain a caloric deficit whenever possible, and limit eating to an 8 hour window.
-keep overall sugars/day below 12g, and avoid processed sugars and sugary drinks and sauces all together. avoid artificial sweeteners as well.
-get some sun, but not so much that you burn or excessively tan. enough to maintain vit D levels
-take a multivitamin and probably a fish oil supplement as well as some kind of regular anti inflammatory supplement like maybe tumeric. inflammation has been shown to cause all sorts of issues that can build up over time and cause organ and tissue damage.
-healthy dose of exercise. you want enough that you are improving your circulation and lung capacity, mood elevation, and a host of other benefits with regular exercise. avoid exercise in excess though as repeated injury can cause tissue damage and inflammation, and excess muscle puts more strain on the heart over time, so things like body building or high strength weight lifting are probably not conducive to longevity.
-go to your doctor often, get labs done yearly or twice a year if possible. a lot of people go years or even decades without seeing a doctor and getting bloodwork done, which can catch a lot of issues early on before they become catastrophes
-practice meditation, spend time in nature, and eat a tiny bit of chocolate to elevate mood and relieve stress (like 1 or 2 bite sized pieces should be plenty). stress causes all sorts of nasty survival hormones which can cause a lot of problems.
