How do we know that the uncertainty principle and the observer effect are two different things?
The observer effect already says that you cannot observe systems that are too tiny without disturbing them.
So how do we know that heisenbergs uncertainty principle is it's own thing that describes a fundamental aspect of reality? How do we know for sure that regardless of future tech, we cannot know both position and velocity? Someone please explain
