Not only is the concept of actuall randomness not even real, but probability also leads to results that are clearly obsurd. Suppose someone told me they had two cats, atleast one of whom were female. According to probability theory the chance both of them are female is 1/3 (assuming that people in general are as likely to have female and male cats). However, if they tell me their cat is named susan, sudenly it becomes 50% because now there will be twice as many people with one cat named susan from the group of people with 2 female cats qs from the group with one female cat (comparitivly). I got no real information about the situation yet the probability changed.
