Right-now, after having eaten a full, satiating meal and being all filled up already. How do i go right on back to being superhungry again? because it is second to none

Eat sugar. It distends your bowels and you put on fat and then need more food just to keep your body going. Alternatively eat more salt, then you burn more fat and even muscle if you overdo it. Or do the McDonalds technique: add massive amounts of salt and sugar to everything.

It's the cadmium. The salt and sugar cravings are only the consequence. Glyconeogenesis is possible, but only works with cadmium. When you lack cadmium, you are starving every time you are not digesting a meal, as your blood sugar drops, presumably because fatty acids cannot be converted to glucose, and you are craving salt, as it's constantly being list in the kidneys. Somebody got it the wrong way round. Zinc is toxic because it replaces heavy metals, the heavy metals belong to the proteins, zinc doesn't.
