Seriously, the ACT is a way better measure of intelligence because it accurately tests a person's skill over 4 areas of thought and more importantly, tells how someone performs under pressure given the short amount of time and large amount of questions.

Writing - application of theoretical rules
English - creativity and social knowledge
Math - technical skills
Science - interpretation of data and results

I couldn't figure out how to force myself to study for exams in high school, I really wanted to, but I never got around to any of it.

I scored very poorly on the SAT, like slightly better than average.

I scored a 33 on the ACT, then 34 on my second try.

I correctly concluded that the SAT is fucking retarded, and the ACT slightly less-so. That said, the idea that either exam can be used as a measure for intelligence is absolutely deranged.

Sure, it doesn't matter. They both sound stupid and probably are stupid, but they do work somehow. They're actually quite a good determiner of success in college, either one. Just look at the people who do poorly on one of these standardized tests, they're constantly coping about how "well, they're not a real measure of intelligence, blah blah blah". That should be a red flag.

The science in ACT is 6th grade level. English and writing lol. Those aren't factors in measuring intelligence. You fool. If you want to produce any meaningful contribution in your field, you have to climb out your baby crib, imbecile. 100 is the avg iq, but move that distribution 2-3 std deviations to the right to filter out the unnecessary variables. You will be in a competitive field, right? So, you should compare yourself with them. Take a real iq test, then subtract 2 std dev. That'll be your iq score

Intelligence is very heavily environmental, Children who are chronically under-socialised and neglected (like feral children for example) grow up to be retarded.
Our society doesn't give all children the optimum upbringing and this has an effect on IQ distribution.

Visual-spacial skill

IQ test inventors know that subject-based standardized testing only test for experience in those subjects while as dimension-based standardized testing measures learning ability and application.

Eh, I got an 1100 on the sat and I missed to finish like 7 math questions. The sat is kind of easy, idk about the act but I Heard that it's just more easy questions with less time
