Okay, so I was reading about Columbine again, and got to the suicide part, which made me think:
>If they were brought back to life, what would they remember from after shooting themselves? Were they in pain with their heart still beating as usual and stayed alive for maybe a min but their brain was spaghettied enough to not have the ability to scream in pain or anything?
Which brings us to this post.

Assuming the red area of the brain is disintegrated from a suicide shot. What would be left functional until complete death? And are there any arguments for or against the persistence of consciousness throughout until complete death?
