What did you read on the arXiv recently? Anything confusing you about the hep field in general? If it's a basic question, try /sqt/.
Here's a paper I recently found, which seems to argue the strong coupling constant is canonically evaluated incorrectly.

Any of you familiar with these? His idea doesn't seem to have caught traction, and if you read his subsequent papers on it, he seems rather upset.
