>>12845763It's not a Wolverine healing factor activated by lying doctors. It comes from how we don't have a good way of measuring things like pain, fatigue, and nausea. These things are "measured" by doctors asking questions like "on a scale of one to ten how much does your leg hurt". When patients answer these questions they're making an educated guess. It's not like we're RPG characters with numerical stat sheets to look at. Patients give better numbers when they've been led to believe the numbers should be better.
