I got my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine today. I hadn't noticed any side effects until a little bit ago. I had finished doing some work and wanted to jack off. Everything was normal until I busted, I swear this was the THICCEST nut I've busted in ages. For reference I jack off once a day on average and had done so yesterday so there wasn't any abnormal build up. Could the vaccine have caused this, if so by what mechanism would you guess?
