can /sci/ critique my study plan/ recommend books on studying?

So I don't know if I have a learning disorder, actual autism, actual schizophrenia (honestly it just feels drug induced) or If I'm just a byproduct of the American Educational School system, but basically I suck at at learning. In that, I don't optimize my time properly, and almost always end up doing a ton of work with little studying and retention gained.

I think what amplified my autism was this book, Moonwalking with Einstein: The art and Science of Remembering Everything by Josh Foer, Which at the time was great, magical, but frankly I'm tired of walking around my neighborhood and house crafting memory palaces and pneumonics.

I basically got my bachelors degree (pre-med->philosophy->painting) using this method. So now I'm in massage therapy school and giving massages is the easy part, the hard part is I have to memorize a boatload of anatomy and physiology including how each muscle interacts with each, etc..

The questions are problem solving type deals but require you know the terms already.I've formed a study group with two other people from my class over zoom, 1.5 hour every night, but besides that does /sci/ have any thoughts?

pic related is my body memory palace, where I'll be placing and reviewing information depending on what time it is with images on nodes on my body.
