It's only a matter of time before some psycho assembles a smallpox virus, and we know from experience that most governments can't handle an outbreak. Now that it's getting easier and easier to print specific DNA sequences this looks inevitable. Some organizations, like the USACDC say they have enough vaccines for everyone, but I'm not sure if that's just a bluff. Even if not, the rollout will probably be way too slow given how fast smallpox spreads.

Anyone know how to get cowpox on purpose?
