If serious, make a routine. Also get a balanced diet. I cant stress enough how important it is to eat healthy and how much it changes you. Just make learning a habbit and practice too(if you are learning mathematics or something else).

I have a problem with waiting time doing Hedonistic bullshit , things that only immediately satisfy me. Even though i know exactly what i need to do , each day , its so painfully obvious- but i just fall into my same errors each day.
