Portals can exist. If you see it in center of mass reference frame (in bw the portal and block). Total momentum would be zero. Energy has to be conserved *Plop* A is the answer. Put it to rest

If you looked through the other portals perspective the cube would be moving towards it very quickly and I think it would thus be pooped out with quite a bit of speed. Although I haven't done physics since year 12

The cube is stationary and the portal adds a gravitational pull/push to it sideways from the top of the cube down. It'd probably roll once or twice at least before it slides down.

it's A, orange portal cannot give energy only transfer it from one location to another. If you teleport yourself moving at 1 m/s you get out at the exit teleport moving at 1 m/s . That is what teleporters and portals do they change location and not the properties of the object it is transfering
such as velocity , mass ,rotation etcetera.

I agree it's A, I'm just saying that's a point I haven't thought about and wonder at what relative speed the portal would need to move perpendicular in order to actually skew the box enough to retain a slanted shape and not revert back to the original shape. Probably have a ratio of speeds equal to our greater than the ratio of lattice spacing through the portal to in the plane of the portal
