Moon goes around the earth and creates tides. But tides are usable energy. What happens if we use up all the energy from tides? Will the moon stop orbiting us and fall into earth?

The moon will orbit the earth as long the earth exists, it's the gravity of the earth that makes the moon orbit not the tides.
The tides are just the effect of the moon gravitational pull on earth.

It's like asking "what if we use all the solar energy". Theoretically you're taking energy from the earth-moon system, but it is so small in scale that no way in a million years that would affect the moon. It's the same mechanism in gravitational assists in spacecraft. The spacecraft takes some of the planet's kinetic energy to boost its own and in theory that slows the planet down, but this amount is virtually zero on a planetary scale.

I feel like this answer is retarded, but my gut instinct is that if we did something like use a large bouy on a big generator, it would dampen the magnitude of tides, perhaps by shifting the earth and moon closer (maybe coupling the pull of the moon's gravity more closely with that of things on the earth further away). The energy would come from small changes in the distance to the moon.
