I'm mid maths degree and I do proofs pretty much all the time. I've noticed that if i skip my meals it's almost like I'm running on fumes, my reasoning becomes sloppy and i start forgetting things I shouldn't be able to forget by now.
How much should I be eating or rather, what should I be eating in order to avoid shit like this? I had been thinking about ingesting unholy amounts of sugar dissolved in milk or water since the brain runs on glucose.
