What genetic disorder do you have, /sci/?
I have Gilbert's disease. It's related to digestion. Imagine you've eaten a huge dish, and can't eat anymore - you feel full. If you try eating more, you will feel like I do 90% of the time. The rest of the time I either feel like garbage (after eating something I am not supposed to, so most of the things) or utter garbage (after intensive exercise the ever-present yellow tint on my body, especially eyes, grows stronger and make me feel like I was about to puke, people with Gilbert's are not accepted into military or any other jobs that require intensive physical activity).
Here's what I figured out minimizes the symptoms:
1. 5 meals a day, each small
2. 1h of 'digestion', which involves laying down on the left side (this improves digestion) and watching videos, after both breakfast and dinner
3. a bit of exercise soon after the 1st period of digestion
4. strictly avoiding any new substances/food/beverage (even negative effects of alcohol and drugs are apparently multiplied for people with Gilbert's)
