What is the precise reaction when the two solutions (A nad B) are mixed? I can't find anyhting on the matter.

When you prepare Fehling's reactive, you need to mix to solutions, A and B. I know what these solutions are and what is the product of the reaction, but i can't find anything on the reaction itself. To be more precise, I don't know how many molecules are involved with the creation of the cupric tartrate complex that stop Cu cations to become hydroxides.

copper ions get reduced and precipitate as copper (I) oxide, thus the blue color goes away

yeah I am looking for more info for this. I cannot figure it out what the fuck this is (cupric tartrate should not have Na or K) and waht reaction has this as a product. I think you need two molecules of sodium potassium tartrate, but I am not sure.
