This happened to me around 7 years ago. I had issues with ulcers, which I imagine contributed to the issue. I was put on adderal in college and I immediately got ulcers and started shitting blood. Went away when my stomach got better after getting off those meds.
If you’re on stimulants, get off. Otherwise eat healthier and take a few Prilosec. If it goes on for a few weeks, definitely swing in to see a doc.
