I've reached a point where I can comfortably fap/ejaculate 10+ times per day after a decade of practice and building an AI enabled porn downloading/viewing/curating system.

Problem:

The high I get orgasming when I wake up after 8h (longest non orgasm period I've had since child) is noticably lower tier than if I didn't fap for two or three days.

it seems that time period is needed to reset some neural circuits/possibly dopamine receptor sites but idk my neurobio on a neurotransmitter level is weak, is >8h which is my comfort level fapping before sleep after a day of fapping, then waking up and almost immediately fapping.

This is not good enough, I want to try to get more of that 2-3 day orgasm high with shorter refractory, and to try and get it between 1-2 h intermissions.

any ideas? I am exhausting myself thinking of a solution
