Can one apply Goedels incompleteness theorem to our capitalistic system? Is it the only system that is "complete" because it creates paradoxes without destroying itself?

Godel applied his theorem to the US constitution to show there is a way for the US to become a dictatorship. When he was applying for citizenship the judge asked him he thought of the US constitution and he started to bring it up, but the judge understanding the situation cut him off and gave the citizenship.

There are questions whether the same line of logic can be used to informally argue that paradoxes exist within the a semi-formal axiomatic system like the legal system.

I personally believe Godel's Incompleteness Theorem is a rebuke to the legal system.
