There are other animals like parrots and cetaceans that blatantly have language, with cetaceans like orcas having blatantly superiour brains, but they lack the logic concepts that humans have, which should make their language completely illogical and structureless by human standards.
Strangely enough, if I had to pick one animal with the potential for the most "human", logic-derived language, it'd probably be octopi and cuttlefish, since they have a penchant for tool use and environmental manipulation well beyond what should be found in an animal of their intelligence.
