I’ve been reading about magnetic bound state and how you can use one regular magnet and a spinning magnet to achieve levitation without the need of using superconductors. Provided you have the correct rotational frequency, of course.

My question, since I’m a brainlet, is as follows:

If the earth has a magnetic field, could spinning a magnet in a similar way be used for levitation without having to use exotic superconducting materials?
