What evidence is there that ADHD is a real problem and not just a problem the schools have with unruly children so they choose to drug them instead?

Before getting medicated, they have similar dopamine levels to the general population when they aren't on the pill. The medication, rather than the "illness", causes the deficiency in dopaminea.
