How do I address and end my neurotic obsession with pseudoscience and typology?

I have been obsessed with typology systems since high school, and it's lead me down several rabbit holes which I can't seem to ignore or disagree with. My interest began with 16personalities, where I learned about the MBTI, and later took an interest in the work of Carl Jung. Simultaneously, I learned about the modern Enneagram of Personality, and read as many books as I could, learning about different authors and interpretations, from the Jesuits to the psychologists, to Oscar Ichazo himself.

I'm obsessed with types. I can't find a single type that encapsulates my personality and clearly explains and describes my motivations and behaviors and it drives me crazy. I can't look away, and I'm finding it very impractical and a waste of time to focus on such obscure, vague, and confusing works, while being too arrogant to deal with the public interpretations of these models which I believe to be the consequence of ignorance, laziness, misunderstanding, and confusion.

How do I break free from this?
