what are some good books, websites, courses that will teach me maths in a simple and methodogical way? I'll start my cs education un june and can barely perform any basic arithmetic calculations.

This was all I needed to get a perfect score on a math placement test last summer and place into Calc 1. I passed Calc 1 with an A and I'm halfway through Calc 2 with a literal 100%. Last math class I took before starting college was in 2013.

It's a good book. That said, I don't know how it would hold up if you've never seen the material before.

wdym? I haven't read the book yet, l'll print my pdf and start reading it tomorrow, I finished highschool 2 years ago with a nearly perfect score on math but I don't remember shit from hs

The book might be terrible for those with no passing familiarity of algebra(even if you forgot it). Like dropouts. Book should be perfect for you.

For CS you need trigonometry and algebra to start with. Gelfand's books on each of these topics will give you a strong basis.

At most 2 months with Spivak, Courant or Apostol
>Linear Algebra
At most 2 months, any textbook is fine

In theory you can do it all in 4 months but if you are busy IRL or ADHD and can't spend 20 hours a week on math it could take over a year.
