Do you believe genes carry on the affinity towards something (not considering nurture)?
Example:A father is a banker,will his son gravitate towards economics by genes alone?

No, my parents were drug addicted retail wagies and I work in STEM. It's nothing to do with genes, its about the knowledge and upbringing you receive.

Not something that specific but genes encode for structures that will tend towards similar interests, personalities, intelligence quotient, etc.

I believe so but not in a way that is that specific. But there are certain general inclinations and behaviors that seem likely to be heritable to me. The "100% environment upbringing etc" guys are so obviously wrong I don't know how they manage to breathe.
