Staffers thought the portable handheld ultrasound wasn’t possibly going to pass FDA approval 10 years ago... or obtaining a complete blood gas with electrolyte and hemogram panel within 120 seconds with a portable iStat with 1cc of blood was doable 20 years ago... but here we are.
