Hey everyone. Me and a few /sci/entists in a study group were thinking of studying pic related (homotopy theory), though first we would bring each other up to speed on basic algebra using an introductory abstract algebra book (Joseph Gallian). We'd like to move through the two topics in a fashion similar to that of a formal university course so that things don't go off the rails. Anyway, anyone here is more than welcome to join. There's no redditors.
