Any actual economists here?

Im from /biz/ and there is a cryptocurrency called RSR that has a market cap of nearly 8 Billion but it seems like the scammiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

They seem to be trying to use a two token system to leverage arbitrage opportunities to create a decentralized stablecoin.

Now I’m not an actual economist but I know enough for red flags to start waving in my head when I hear the word “arbitrage”.

Any money nerds here have a take on this?
