Short story is that I got a CT scan done on my head one year ago for an unrelated issue and it came back completely normal. Now I feel a lump at the back of my head. Question is could cancer grow that fast (one year) or am I likely to be in the clear regarding this lump because of how recent the previous ct scan was and how it was normal.

Please answer people am kind of freaking out over this lump
