>>12810857I'm diagnosed autism spectrum.
I've trained enough that I can blend in with normies, most people can't tell I'm autistic unless I tell them. I still like to stim and get sensory overload but that can't be helped as much.
First off you actually need to fix your sleep cycle and exercise properly, melatonin in a good start but long term it's not a substitute for proper sleep. And by proper sleep I don't mean going to bed at "x" time, I mean properly prepearing 2-3 hours before bed for bed time, no videogames, no lights, turn down the heat, ect.
Second you need to fix your gut microbiome, since getting a gut biome transplant from a turobo normie is most likely out of the question. A good alternative is eating bacterial fermented food like blue cheese. You're also going to need to cut out most processed foods, sugars and make sure you're getting a proper amount of fiber. I cannot stress this enough but having a proper gut microbiome will put you half the way to blending in with normies.
Third is practice, you need to get out and practice socialization. The socialization muscles in your brain are likely very weak, but they can be trained if you just put in the effort. Basically you act like you think an annoying chad would and get as much socialization practice in. Reading up on how human socialization works is also great, you can just mirror basic normie behavior and they'll think you're one of them.
As for supplements, there isn't much I've read about other than fixing gutbiome. I know that sulforaphane can be pretty good but it's rather expensive to buy broccoli sprouts each day (

And like the other anon said, go get some exercise outside. Even if you're just going for a 15-20 minute walk. It'll help more than any supplement can.
