I went maybe a dozen of times since I was a teenager. Just because my family recommended it, I never questioned it. Always thought it did me good in one way or another. My only really bad experience with an otheopath that I only saw once, but he was not nice and very unprofessional, so in his case I blame him personally and not the profession.

Yet looking into it, the way it supposedly works just sounds like a bunch of crap pseudoscience woo.
