yes all of psychology is bullshit, it's a black box so there isn't much we can work from. Mbti typing is pseudoscience but Jungian cognitive functions can have a drastic effect on you. Becoming aware of you inferior function and how to deal with it can be really good, and you have an inferior extroverted sensing function if you use the functions of an intj which highly likely is correlated with you bipolar episodes as the extraverted sensing function would take over during those periods, so you need to learn how to use it in order to function better. Watch some videos and read some articles, ask this professional about it too.

I don't think Godel and Newton should be on that list. He didn’t actually have 125 he just didn’t care to try on his assessment. But for sake of argument let’s pretend he did have 125, it is only probability that someone with a lesser iq than the best could come up with something they didn’t work to accomplish. It isn’t impossible to be great with a benign iq, but it sure is a handicap to getting there.

True, a comparsion to the IQ of 150 wasn't enough to be worthwhile. The point is 8000 hours would turn anyone a lot of people a monster capable of significant research potential. Few are willing to go there.

Yes it does, I've studied psychology and neuroscience.
Exercise, Meditation and Proper Diet have all been shown to significantly reduce and cure bipolar symptoms. All three at levels higher or on par with most bipolar medication and without added side effects.

Most people are lazy fucks (like OP) who just want to take some meds and whine about their problems instead of spending 1-2 hours a day to keep themselves healthy.
