Well /sci/ why does gravity in a galactic scale only result in disks while in planetary one it results in a sphere.

If you spin enough you become a disk. Most planets are oblate spheroids that are higher altitude along their equator

Total angular momentum is a single vector, the whole galaxy has a total momentum. Consider the 3 body problem with 2 large bodies and a small one, expand the gravitationa potential in series as a central one plus a dipole, quadrupole, see the effect on the third body.

Nope. The largest galaxies are spheroidal. And galaxy clusters are also not disks.

Planets form in disks. And disks can exist at planetary sizes, see Saturn's rings.

The reason disk galaxies and planetary rings don't collapse to the centre is because the material is in orbit. It cannot fall to the centre. Collapsed objects form spheres because they're in hydrostatic equilibrium, where the pressure supports the planet under gravity.

After you calculated this you go and count the total amount of dislike galaxies in your picture vs the total amount of spherical ones.

Not all orbits have to be circular. Any object which doesn't have the escape speed will enter some kind of orbit around a galaxy.

The stars in the elliptical are still orbiting the galaxy, that has nothing to do with why ellipticals are more rare.
