I think the water most of us drink is contributing to health issues that plague modern people. Not just the chemicals (chlorine/chloramine, pesticides, psychiatric medication, hormones etc), but also the lack of minerals that would normally be found in most natural water sources.
I think the best water would be distilled that has the proper amount of various minerals added to it in the right ratios. The question is what is the 'ideal water' for humans?
I think it would closely resemble well water, which will tend to contain many trace minerals, as well as iron and often iodine.
Does anyone have any information on what the ideal drinking water for humans would contain? Information on wells, springs and other water sources and their mineral contents would be helpful too.
