If that was guaranteed, then humanity would have went extinct already when most men didn't breed anyways.
We just took a massive step in medicine and industrialization, and if we want evolution to accelerate to adapt to this sudden change, then we should expect something similar to what happened after the quick spread of agrarian societies.
We will probably have ultra masculine men and ultra feminine women repopulate the earth. In fact, I would expect male-female dimorphism to increase in the long term as trannies would essentially trap men attracted to masculine women and women attracted to feminine men into non-reproductive lifestyles eliminating them from the gene pool.
As current society disintegrates, a new one will be built on top that delegates survival of the fittest to the liberty of reproduction rather than the child mortality we had pre-industrial revolution, which is why all societies had emphasis on reproduction and avoiding non-reproductive lifestyles. Back then, every person mattered to the survival of society. Not anymore.
Even if you consciously know that, and try to reproduce, there is no guarantee your partner will agree, let alone your descendants to continue to do that. In the long term, your genes, if they are fit, will survive.
Otherwise, they will die out.
This is why I think maximizing liberty of choice is the best way forward, no matter how "degenerate" or "disgusting" it is. At one point, Rome and Greece were into fucking boys, and that stopped ultimately because those addicted to butt fucking died out.
