Scientifically speaking, why do I find pale skin so attractive? Doesn't matter whether blue eyes, green eyes, black hair, blonde hair, brown hair, red hair, it's the pale skin that does it. Why have most cultures across Earth throughout history also had a particular appreciation for pale skin? Even the Celts, pale and naturally blonde as they were, still soaked their hair in lime (acid) to try to lighten it even further. Why is this?
