But the amount of hours, the way they are basically used like slaves.. the grinding, the checking, the 'sprints' my god I couldn't think of a worse job that code monkey. Re think the 'big cash'.. there's way better ways to get that money.
Imo I'm a huge fan of anyone in project, or program management with degrees in IT and any kind of classical or law qualifications.. they rise to management much faster
